Incentives for individual investors in Mega Food Park

1. DPR Preparation : Grant of maximum of 2% of the project cost subject to the maximum of Rs 10 Lakhs for DPR preparation
2. Stamp duty and registration fees: 100% stamp duty, registration fee and conversion fee waiver for lease / sale / transfer of land for land inside mega food park.
3. Duty & Taxes : 100% VAT exemption for a period of 10 years + No entry Tax + 0% CST + No Mandi fees
4. Grant : One time grant up to 25% of the project cost subject to a maximum of Rs5 Crores for individual investor . For women / SC /ST investors the grant would be 50% of the project cost .
5. Interest Subsidy : 5% Interest subsidy for a period of 5 years maximum of 5 lakhs in all the years combined
6. Power : Power supply at Rs 1.00 per unit for a period of 10 years + 100% electricity duty exemption
7. Export : 50% subsidy in air freight , port freight and ocean freight for export
8. Intellectual Property right : 50% cost for patent registration
9. Quality : 100% reimbursement for quality certification
10. Green concept : 50% reimbursement for implementation of green methods for production
